This book that read brought a lot of courage in how if you trust yourself, and you doing what you are told and you put that into practice, everything will work out. Learning about what happened on that day really shows how wonderful of a pilot he was, he saved 155 lives of ordinary people, and not only was he praised for it but, more of an disbelief. To me i have never heard of anyone landing an aircraft on water! But it happened. I want to become an private pilot, and to read his stories and to understand why he did what he did was really touching. Learning to become as skilled of a pilot like him is really interesting because you don't get to hear about talented pilot him, those experienced pilots are either dead, retired, or just doesn't want to talk about it! To really understand this book for took some time to understand, he was very smart, did well in school, and most importantly took every moment to fly weather that be with his instructor, or even the simplest, taking his girlfriend just the two of them on a cross-state flight. This is what i want to do when i am in these positions and, i am able to show my love for aviation and, give back to others. This book is one of the many stories that i'll hear as a pilot.
